By coincidence I found this nice guy who offers us to make us a web-site. Below is the conversation so far, feel free to give input:

Hi Sam,

The house is supposed to be open to CS'ers and
travelers of all kind and we are hoping to be able to
learn a lot from people passing through and perhaps
even take pictures and document what we create
together, so we had something like this in mind:

- some sort of blog on the front page (like on the
casa Robino site).


Yes i v seen the pictures ... they are pretty people...

- Then a Navigation tool with
- people (or Agents)
- Creativity (pictures and more)
- Introduction (Welcome and what you need to know)
- perhaps also some form of internal E-mail account
system?

What would be the Tool and script/code you would use?

CMS joomla

How much would we be able to do?

Anything almost

Do you need the content before you create it?

yes
but it s better if you upload the content yourself
since i don t have time and good internet speed for
this.
here it s 20 kb/s and this is fast internet.

Do you need a logo or a draft on the design before you
can start?

yes if you can draw a logo first i can make it in
illustrator and then post the result on my server.

what else should we beaweare of and take in
consideration?

If people participate to buy an unlimited plan for
webhosting we could host those free minded kind of
project more freely.
plans are 80 usd a month.
yahoo hosting or hostgator.

I just want access to it so i can host one of my
website for free.
